Joseph Waruingi – Managing Director
He holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Finance and is a management consultant with proven advisory expertise in business analysis, modeling and strategy. He has demonstrable ability to work effectively at different levels of an organisation, from the board and senior management to shop floor. He has consulted for Blue Chip organizations in East Africa to review Corporate and Business strategies and develop IT Strategies that are aligned to those Corporate strategies.

Joseph has also developed distinct competencies in public sector donor funded consultancies in Eastern, West and Southern Africa. In his role as a Director he leads a team of consultants in addressing the business and management needs of various clients.

Prior to taking up this challenging position, Joseph had a six-year meritorious and illustrious career with the largest global management consultancy firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers - Africa Operating Unit, where he carried out management consultancy assignments and built his skills rising to a Managing Consultant position where he was responsible for Technology Consulting work in Africa Central consisting of seven countries. He has worked in many African countries including Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Malawi, Eritrea, Ghana, Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Rwanda, Namibia and South Africa.

Joseph has also attended World Class training in Europe, US, Canada and South Africa. He has directed and managed complex, multidisciplinary and multi country IT enabled transformation projects. In addition, he has been a presenter and resource person on IT forums in Africa.

Antony Munguti – Business Development Director
He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Electronics and computer science technology and has seven years experience in IT management consultancy in Eastern Africa in both the private and public sector. His experience in consultancy includes: IT strategy/policy development and implementation, user requirements documentation, systems selection, project reviews, business processes mapping and re-engineering, project management, business and systems reviews, post-implementation review.

He has experience in corporate IT training and expertise in systems development includes use of Visual Basic/Visual Basic for Application, .NET and RDBMS technologies that include Oracle, MS SQL Server and MySQL.

His consultancy experience has also given him exposure to various business systems that include: Equinox, SAP, Oracle, AccPac, SERA, HansaWorld and Pastel.
